You are not allowing me to exercise my right to a refund even though I cancelled within 14 days; you wrote that you would not be able to process my refund despite my having cancelled my membership. My legal entitlement has not expired: I took out the membership on 16 July and cancelled it on 24 July, and I am seeking support to have my refund processed.
