OverallHappy with the Hair, Disappointed with the Stock Accuracy
Overall, I'm happy with my experience, and Elsa's customer service was amazing. She was very helpful, kept me updated, and made sure I received my order on time, which I really appreciated. My only disappointment was that the wig was advertised as "ready to ship and dispatched within 24 hours." However, after waiting 48 hours and contacting them myself, I was told it was actually out of stock and still being made. Because I needed the hair urgently, my only option was to choose a replacement, which I agreed to. That said, the replacement hair is actually really nice. It looks beautiful, feels great, and I'm happy with the quality. I just wish the stock availability had been accurate from the beginning so I could have received the wig I originally ordered.
