Honestly
Honestly, i was expecting to get another AI generated bot response from their support when i have had a problem. But quite surprisingly in less than 10 minutes after submitting my request i've got connected with a lovely support person (Lexie) and she helped me with the refund process. I've used other apps before (Tinder, Bumble you name it), where you would only find a contact form at best, so the real support team alone makes it much more worth using over the rest apps. The only downside i've found is that this app has a lot of glitches, hence the rating.
