Order never actually received
Ordered a large 12 pan with lid and a cleaning brush, they shipped and of course it says "delivered". It was however not delivered to my home as confirmed by my cameras. Okura refuse to do anything and told me that I will need to contact USPS. USPS won't do anything because their system says they delivered and I was not the originator of the package. USPS did confirm that the tracking number provided to me was not for my address though. So stuck in limbo, out $200 and no pan to show for it.
