Nicci is fantastic professional and great human being
Nicci is fantastic. I have used her for about a year and in that time have dealt with my teenager wrecking a car, moving and adding multiple cars to the policy. The one thing that is the same each time is that I can count on Nicci. She is Responsive and on top of it and I leave each interaction comfortable that things are handled and happy with my insurance. She has all my policies including auto and renters. It’s an added bonus that she’s is a pleasure to talk to and seems to be a genuinely great human being. 10/10 definitely recommend
