Horrible Online Experience
There is not one thing positive about my experience with Eleven Forest, who has an F rating at the BBB, wish I had research this before my purchase. The company is Chinese and uses a Colorado address and phone number, which the message box is full. No one probably tends to the phones or the Colorado address. The advertised product pictures are nothing like the product delivered. The adds have embossed knitted products when the delivered product is a polyester material with no embossing with faded and blotched print instead of knitted embossed materials. Would not cancel my order before it shipped and would not approve a return, had to have my credit card charge back several times, they keep recharging. Worst experience I have encountered with on line orders. Obvious fraudulent business that relies on deception for sales, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
