An actual true scam
An actual true scam. You're unable to redeem free play in any way. According to the email I just received, Section 7.4: Winnings from play with Sweepstakes Coins received from free prizes (e.g., Crystal Wheel, Visiting Rewards, Quests) are limited to a maximum redemption of 40. Any amount exceeding this limit is not eligible for redeeming. MINIMUM REDEMPTION IS 50 FOR GIFT CARDS. You're unable to redeem the coins you get for free. It's all a facade. I feel duped for wasting my time, money, and energy on this scam site. EDIT: In the reply, they say they'll work with you to redeem your free play winnings if it's more than the artificial threshold (other sites have 20 SC minimums for gift cards). So they WILL do it, but only if you reach out, which means they CAN do it, but won't. Even more scummy than before. Because it's available, but hidden behind customer support.
