I’m so happy with my purchase. I was looking for an analog watch as I am a nurse and need it for vital signs but the big name brands I was looking at would be too small for my wrist. This one is so beautiful, I love the purple color and the metal is so nice. It’s so sleek. It’s adjustable and is even loose on me at the biggest setting which was a relief. It came with a tool to open up to replace the battery and even came with an extra battery! They threw in a nice note, a pouch to hold it, and a free necklace chain (cheap and I wouldn’t wear it but still, the thought was there). Customer service was very accommodating - they reached out to let me know that my package was lost in the mail and offered a refund or to send a new one. I chose the latter and they shipped it right away. I couldn’t be happier with my new watch!! Definitely recommend.
