I would be glad to give it no stars. Everything from the second I bought this scooter, from the return policy, from contacting the support, everything was terrible. I couldn’t explain how bad of a company this really is. I would highly recommend you never purchase a scooter or any product in that matter from this company if your life depended on it. I would rather have just burned the money. Proceed with extreme caution, or don’t proceed at all, and save yourself a lot of time and a lot of hassle. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
