I asked for refund by emai and ticket been two week + and not one responded to me. Seems like a fraud to me and I'll report it to the bank. RE: I didnt see any reply from your team, not in my email, can you please tell me where did the reply go? Also, I checked that I got a refund but not full refund, I paid for 77.23 while only got 71.42.
