Cinch has attempted to offer a low-ball buyout of $550. This amount does not reflect the "like-kind" retail replacement cost of a 25 cubic foot KitchenAid side-by-side refrigerator. Every time I call they give me the same answer, which is that they are not able to do anything. I am suppose to wait 3 weeks for my refrigerator to be fixed. This is not acceptable.
