I purchased a pair of glasses through Lensmart and they arrived promptly. After wearing them for a couple of days, one of the magnets on the strap part of the glasses broke off. I submitted photos to them to show them the damage. And they quickly responded that they would be replacing the glasses. They were very prompt and their service was very helpful. I will definitely buy my next pair of glasses through them.
