Terrible experience so far
Ordering process was fine. Receiving the product…. Well, I’m still waiting for it. Original ETA was 29/06, it’s now 25/07 and it hasn’t even shipped. Customer service is terrible, little to no care about the delay and no real explanation. Also, once you purchase (I’ll add that I didn’t opt in to any future marketing) I have received DAILY emails which is frustrating. I don’t even know yet whether the product will even be any good.
