Terrible firm
It is impossible to talk to a person to modify a booking. First of all you speak to a machine, had technical issues and couldn't send a security code to my phone (repeatedly), put me through to an agent supposedly, after an endless wait I gave up. Tried a different number, no success, line went blank. So frustrating and a complete waste of time. Please don't waste your time using this firm, if you have to modify a booking it won't happen and you'll end up wasting your energy.
