Video Output: Misleading "Unlimited" Plan – Extremely Long Queue Makes It Impractical - Topview AI
I purchased the Ultra annual plan for approximately **$800**, primarily because it advertised **unlimited Seedance Mini generation for 365 days**. As someone creating animated YouTube videos, this sounded like an excellent value. Unfortunately, after using the service for a couple of days, my experience has been very disappointing. The biggest issue is the **Relax Queue**. While the plan is technically "unlimited," the queue is so slow that it makes the feature almost unusable for serious creators. On average, a single **15-second video** takes around **4–5 hours** before it is generated. One night, I queued **6 video generation tasks** before going to bed, expecting most of them to be completed by morning. When I woke up, **only one video had finished**, while the others were still waiting in the queue. That was extremely frustrating. For creators making longer content, this becomes a major problem.. Since AI video generation often requires multiple retries to get acceptable results, producing one finished video can require dozens of generations. With the current queue speed, that workflow simply isn't practical. I understand that AI video generation is GPU-intensive and that queues may exist during high demand. However, advertising "unlimited generation" without making it clear that users may wait several hours for each generation creates expectations that don't match the actual experience. If faster generation requires spending credits anyway, then the value of paying for an expensive "unlimited" annual plan becomes questionable. **Pros:** * Good selection of AI models. * The interface is easy to use. * Video quality can be impressive when generations succeed. (Barely Can generate after waiting for long time to generate a small clip) **Cons:** * Relax queue is extremely slow. * "Unlimited" generation is technically true but practically very limited by waiting times. * Not suitable for creators producing longer-form content that requires many generations. * The overall experience does not match the expectations created by the marketing. I hope the company either significantly improves queue performance for Ultra subscribers (As they have paid a huge amount for themselves expecting better results) or communicates more transparently about realistic generation times before customers purchase the plan.
