Product and customer service issues. I will not order from them again as there is way too much competition to be put through this with little help. The gas range ordered was never delivered and after 4-weeks, I was told they couldn't guarantee any delivery date despite making various claims online. I had to pivot and order somewhere else with less project runway. You find what they sell elsewhere. The microwave/oven combo had been previously ordered and installed elsewhere. Their quality control systems are lacking. I tried to spend $6000 with them, but ended up with a damaged oven, no range, and a mad scramble to find replacements.
