I am very happy with LENSMART’s service. Although I did not receive my parcel because it was lost during the shipping process, their customer service was outstanding. They responded to all of my enquiries promptly and professionally, keeping me informed throughout the process. After some time and further investigation , I received a full refund without any issues. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent customer support. I will definitely order from LENSMART again, but next time I’ll have my parcel delivered to a different country instead of my current one.
