Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service — avoid QuillBot I paid for QuillBot expecting the promised features and proper support, but the word-count feature was still not added to my account. I raised a support ticket explaining the issue, and instead of actually fixing anything, they simply marked the ticket as “solved.” How can a ticket be considered solved when the customer’s problem remains completely unresolved? This is careless, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. Taking payment is apparently easy for them, but providing the service and support that customers paid for seems to be too much to ask. This has been one of the worst customer-service experiences I have had. I feel completely ignored after paying for the subscription. Do not waste your money unless you are prepared to chase support repeatedly and have your complaint closed without any real solution.
