Ordered back on 18th June 2026 still nothing
Ordered back on 18th June 2026, some of my order was delivered, and I am happy with that, but one item still has not been dispatched. I have had no notice of this when ordering or since. I have emailed the Sales support twice with no response. The chat only operates during PT hours, but even when attempting to contact at this point, I'm informed that the chat is offline. I looped in the technical support and got a response quickly, but this was only to inform me that it was the wrong support and they would forward my email. They told me I would receive a response within 24 hours; this has been and gone. In short, the technical support seems on the ball, but it appears that there is no one for sales support.
