Motel 6 Chula Vista
3/5 – Decent budget stay, good value near San Diego Stayed at the Motel 6 in Chula Vista from July 22–26. Staff were nice, polite, and professional throughout. The room wasn’t super clean, but it was clean enough for a budget motel and felt quiet and peaceful overall. The property sits next to the light rail, so you’ll hear some train noise, but it wasn’t a major issue. There’s a nice pool, a good vending area with free ice, and a small laundromat with two washers and dryers. No maid service during my stay (would’ve appreciated at least one visit), but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Very good value for the money and convenient for getting to and from San Diego. I would stay here again.
