I’ve been working with 4over.com for several years, and they’ve consistently been a reliable partner for my printing needs. Their ordering process is straightforward and easy to navigate, which makes managing projects much simpler on my end. While we’ve had a few minor printing issues over time, 4over.com has always been open to feedback and willing to make things right. Their customer service has been excellent—especially when it comes to handling returns for clients who aren’t fully satisfied. I really appreciate how responsive and solution-oriented their team is. One area of disappointment has been the discontinuation of their paper sample kits. These kits were an important tool for training new staff and helping clients understand different paper weights and finishes. I would have preferred if they had transitioned their inventory at the end of the year instead of ending the kits mid-year. I’ve also shared feedback on additional paper weights and product options I’d love to see, similar to what’s available through other providers like VistaPrint. Overall, despite this one setback, 4over.com remains a company I trust. Their combination of an easy ordering experience and strong, helpful customer service keeps me coming back.
