I had issues with my ticket confirmation
I had issues with my ticket confirmation. I called the help line, but they were busy. Nonetheless, 30 minutes did not pass, and David Briggs called back. He was very kind, explained all the changes and charges that were to occur in my booking, and helped secure just about the best seats the flight had to offer. Without David’s help, this would have been a very stressful flight. All thanks to him, it was all a breeze.
