Extreme delays, unhelpful customer service.
Waited 52 days between when I placed my order and when my order was received. Reached out to eyelation after waiting 38 days and received a copy-paste response about delays. Emailed a second time asking further questions and received the exact same copy-paste response. After this, I asked my manager to reach out to our internal representative and they contacted eyelation. My order was shipped just a couple days later. Really frustrating to have to use the cheap plastic over-glasses for nearly 2 months because eyelation has such bad logistics.
