I had a very pleasant customer service experience, my questions were answered almost instantly and none of the emails went unnoticed. They were also very kind as to send me complimentary jaw leather protectors separately from my pony order (it was a temporary gift to pony orders shortly after I made a purchase), which I appreciate a lot!
