Fourthwall doesn't operate at the speed of business
I had high hopes for using Fourthwall, but the poor customer service response times (via email only) and follow-through while attempting to get started changed my mind. I used their migration feature to move some products over from Printful, but I needed the Fourthwall team to do some edits and add in some design files. The work wasn't done. I wasted a lot of time. I'm so annoyed. I'll just parrot what the general consensus of bad reviews states.... "Some customers also noted significant issues with customer support, reporting unresponsiveness, slow replies, or being ghosted after initial contact. A few reviewers mentioned receiving no resolution to their problems." I bailed on them. So disappointed. Consumers beware.
