Slow process but payout as quoted.
The UPS store complained that there was not proper communication re: free packaging and shipping. Nevertheless they shipped it saying it was not the customer's fault. The communication and turnaround time re: receipt of device and inspection was slow. However, my 2 email inquiries were answered immediately and I received the full value of the initial quote.
