!!Robert is the bee's knee's, arm's, and elbow's!!
A few weeks ago my machine wasn't connecting to the LightBurn Software. There was a long waiting time for a tech to get on the phone, but Robert stepped on in and helped through the entire process. He is patience, thorough, and very kind. He thought of every solution possible, until we figured out the problem. Even today he helped me again with a machine issue, and it was fixed once again. I'm very thankful more than words can express. How valuable to have a team member like that Boss Laser!!
