We purchased 6 Rapid Radios originally…
We purchased 6 Rapid Radios originally for our church safety team and they work great! We decided to purchase 9 more and I accidentally used the wrong email. I called customer service and Abigail was able to transfer the new radios to our original account while I was on the phone with her. What a great American company to work with. Everything is so simple to maneuver around the website to manage all the radios. we even took them to rural South Carolina where there was not much cell service and they worked wonderfully for us there as well. Thank you Rapid Radios & Abigail for making everything smooth for us!
