Ordered an ac/heat unit online at walmart.com. waited weeks for delivery due today. Hung around waiting for the package. Having checked the status many times over 2 weeks and the status never changed. Just had a delivery date of today, same as when i ordered it. Finally contacted customer service to check on it. The rep was great. Gave me any honest answer. There was a vendor issue and it never shipped, won't, and offered a refund. No compensation for using my money for a month, I asked. Still another week to 10 days before a refund will be issued. I will never order online from Walmart again. This is not the 1st time I've had issues like this with Walmart online ordering. In my opinion they dont use legit vendors. Their order system doesn't provide real time updates. If you buy something at the store its great but I believe you should never order online from Walmart. Buyer beware warning!!
