No Quality Checks
I was excited to receive a comic I had them make for my wife's birthday. When I got it and opened the comic it had my wife walking a headless dog! I reached out to them about the error. This is their response: "Since the book is entirely written and illustrated with AI, it's natural for some minor mistakes to slip through. I'm afraid we aren't able to make any edits or alterations to a book once it has been sent to print, as no human is used in the writing or proofreading of the material." They have no human checks for quality assurance. They just send it to AI and if AI gets it wrong, they blame it on AI. Not their fault, it's AI's!
