Great customer service but not too great of a product.
I ordered a black Mother Mary MX jersey that comes with a flag and crown embroidery, but the quality of both was nothing like the advertisements they show on Instagram (where I bought it from). Needless to say, I was bummed because the design is amazing, but the final product fell short of my expectations. The eagle was blotched and actually just a patch sewn into the jersey, with the edge seams looking rough. I was assisted by Carla from their team when I inquired about a refund, and she was very quick, attentive, and understanding of the situation and provided a refund immediately while offering a 40% voucher in case I was interested in any of their other products.
