Top of board completly delaminated and customer service was absolutely no help. Buy something else!
We have two blackfin boards. My wife has an older one, I have a newer one. Same model (XL). My wife's board is perfect. The top foam cover on mine is coming off completely. I contacted customer service and they said it was my problem, that the glue was just fine. Customer service was almost as bad as the glue they used to put the thing together. I could understand if it were a cheap board, but this is supposed to be the best board out there!
