When I am able to get my medication it works great, however, on multiple occasions even though I prepaid a whole year, when it’s time for an auto shipment refill, they don’t show up and when I call to see why there is no reason and customer service says they will escalate it to the pharmacy and then nothing happens for a couple months, meanwhile they don’t credit me for the medication refills I have not received. So frustrating.
