Terrible Customer Service and Follow-Through
I ordered “The One Lamp” from Ozarke. While it’s beautiful, one of the four poles that came with it is defective and won’t screw on properly. As soon as I realized this was an issue, I emailed them and asked for a replacement part. It’s been a week of back and forth emails, and they still have not yet agreed to send me a new pole. Judging by some of the other reviews here and elsewhere, I’m not holding my breath.
