when they mess up an order good luck getting a person on the phone... they tell me its shipped and due to arive today and their shipping service amazon says only the label has been created.. amazon has not recieved the package... if you enjoy getting lost wiith chatbots and agents that use ai for their responses.. if not... good luck using this company.... i'm done... Update: If i could select zero stars i would... after getting the run around about my lost order.. they claim to have rectified it.. i just got notice that my package has been delivered and its nowhere to be found.. not at my house or any of my neighbors... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!. they have zero customer service...
