Rita over AI bot any day!!
I was going back and forth with the AI bot for an hour and my problem wasn’t getting fixed at all. I actually thought my situation was going to go down as a loss of a $200 gift card but I decided to talk to one of their agents and it sent me to Rita and she fixed my problem in less than 20 minutes. I’m just thankful for her. Hopefully they get better bots or just start letting us speak to an actual human from the beginning because that would save lots of time and stress. Anyway Rita was extremely helpful and efficient.
