Smooth process!
I have pre-ordered the Ye Shunguang by Hakimi Studio figure back in January and it is safe to say that once she arrived, she looked amazing, everything was perfect and she was completely intact upon opening the box for the first time. Overall she feels very solid and the quality from the paint to the minor details is absolutely stunning and amazing, whilst also feeling durable once put up together. My personal assistant for this order has been Ella and she has been super nice, clear and very straight forward with everything since the first time I placed my order all the way to going through the shipping process and eventual arrival of the figure. Will definitely use again when I’ll decide on my next figure!
