Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for almost two weeks now and I only have received one response in which they tell me returns are not free and I have to pay to ship back. I told them I don’t care about paying for shipping and asked if they can provide the address for returns and haven’t heard back from them. I like UGREEN products but their customer service is awful.
