This company relies on AI slop
This company relies on AI slop. I would fill out answers and I would get feedback that was clearly from something or someone that never read the answer that I gave when filling out the form. I canceled my subscription to their service and now I get an email every single day that says thank you. First name last name your account is now expired. This is a company that does not care about quality at all. Their primary goal is pushing shitty AI on to people that don't realize that they're not paying for actual people to review their cases. It was significantly longer to go through their system than to just read the requirements and put the material together. Their software was buggy and difficult to use. Their instructions were unclear. Cannot recommend less.
