Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I created 2 documents that needed to be filed with the court within a certain time frame. Creation was completed. I expected the documents to be created with the court's format and pleading template because the Website states, "Core Platform: Everything needed to draft, send, and finalize legal documents". NOPE, not even close, and then I WAS NOT able to download them in any form. A support ticket was created; I was told I would be contacted within 1 day. NOPE, not contacted. I contacted the live chat support again to request a refund. Their support is useless because every response is "I have created a ticket and support will contact you in 1 day". There is no way to connect with any supervisor. THIS BUSINESS IS USELESS.
