I had booked a specific room and then was sent confirmation for the wrong room. I asked them to fix the issue but was told they couldn’t. My booking was pay at room upon check in yet they took my money within 20 min. I showed up to the hotel and was informed they had no booking available for me. And they couldn’t refund my money because the third party booking company had it. Yet they stated they didn’t have my money. Company is a fraud and waste of time to use.
