Tampered container
I ordered for the second time and discovered one promo tin had a broken seal- all the others were fine. I counted them and discovered that someone helped themselves to a pouch. Besides the theft, more importantly it's disgusting and dissolves all trust in the company. My State AG along with TX will be notified along with the USPS. Maybe they are the culprit? I don't know. The customer rep was sweet and helpful and she said they would refund the money for the tin. The real issue here is quality control. Do you want someone tampering with a product you put in your mouth? I'd review the security footage from the warehouse for a start if I was them. Or is this product bought from retailers and not checked? I don't know. Even if it is the USPS, these packages should be put in sealed bags like Amazon does. This customer says later and never again.
