Issue being resolved
Issue being resolved after reaching out to the team. My card was charged without consent by supercool and a subsidiary where I never registered, however the refund has now been issued and i’m waiting to receive it in my account. The product itself is good and has potential- its only the payment and charges that need to be transparent and fair. Never make unauthorised transactions to keep customers’ longterm trust.
