Terrible experience
Terrible communication, lack of respect when answering questions, and very defensive when provided with simple feedback. Before I even started training, I received an automated email that I was fired for "performance" and "attendance". This didn't make any sense because I completed all on-boarding tasks, and was waiting for training to begin. They finally responded that it was a mistake.. a mistaken automated firing email?? Interesting business strategy. You need to complete multiple days of training for free, and don't expect a real person to answer your emails. If they do, it will be incredibly rude and defensive. You will be shocked at how unprofessional they are.
