Litfad is an absolute nightmare. Do not waste your money.
My first order arrived severely damaged. Against my better judgment, I agreed to let them send a replacement. The replacement arrived in even worse condition. It was not slightly damaged. It was literally in pieces and had to be thrown away immediately. After receiving two completely unusable orders, I asked for the obvious and reasonable solution: a full refund. Litfad refused. Instead, they offered me a “special gift” or a laughable 5% refund, as though either of those options comes remotely close to making up for two destroyed products. The item I received looked nothing like the polished product photos or description on their website. The quality was appalling, the packaging was inadequate, and their customer service response was insulting. In my experience, Litfad takes your money, sends you garbage, and then refuses to make it right. This company is a complete scam. Avoid Litfad like the plague.
