Worst experience ever
First of all, I did get my money back, but I would never buy from this shop again. The customer service was very frustrating. I simply wanted to return my leggings, but they kept offering alternatives I didn't want, such as a 30% discount or a free exchange. They also incorrectly claimed that I had requested the return after the 14-day return period, even though I had proof that I contacted them in time. I received contradictory information about the return process and had to send countless emails. The whole process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.
