Be the change you want to see in the world
The yoga renew community is doing it right! Honoring tradition and history but making it relevant for today. I love the teachers. They are kind, knowledgeable and well rounded. Anatomy with Joe was one of my favorites! This program changed my life. The confidence and deeper wisdom I gained is priceless. Now I feel safe in my own practice and in leading others. I will come back to this material often and will continue to visit and use the platform as I construct my classes and continues to learn and grow as a yogi and teacher. This life long ability to revisit the material is a blessing! Thank you for being the change I hope to see in this world and thank you for the opportunity to join in the community. Highly recommend! I look forward to the day that I do an in person training.
