I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one. My Player Plus Stratocaster developed a broken locking tuner during a routine string change. I contacted Fender EMEA expecting to buy a replacement part, but after reviewing my case they sent me a complete replacement tuner set free of charge. Tobi was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Fast responses, excellent communication and a very generous goodwill gesture.
