Attentive customer service
This is my first time doing dropshipping. I chose CJ because their system can connect to Shopify (subscription fee) and WooCommerce (free) whereas a majority of other platforms connect to Shopify only, and I'd like to start with as little cost as possible. CJ's customer service is exceptional. Maeve Kuo helped me with sourcing and custom packaging with great attention to detail.
