Beware This App
Enjoyed this app for a while then decided to cancel subscription; this is when the problems started. It isn’t clear how to cancel the subscription. I contacted support who, to be honest, were not supportive. I e tried to cancel it via Apple, without success. During the process I asked them to cancel it for me. They won’t. I became agitated at the total waste of my time trying to find out how to cancel, and was curt either them. Needless to say I have had yet another invoice and payment taken today. Beyond angry. This should not be allowed. Disgraceful. EDIT 28/09/2026. Post EWA response: I’ve already been down the route of contacting your support team on several occasions. That got me nowhere. What is the point of going through all of this again and again. JUST CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION Please!!!!
